Our enrollment process
Our enrollment process is somewhat comprehensive and all steps should be taken in a certain order listed below. Depending on the time it takes our families to complete these steps, it might take up to a week or more before we can accept your child(ren).
1. ATTENDANCE INFO
Once the decision to enroll has been made, please confirm to us in writing and let us know the following:
The confirmed start date
Whether the attendance will be full time or days of the week if part time
2. PARENT HANDBOOK
We will email you our Parent Handbook. Please take your time to review all sections of the Handbook to get familiar with all our policies, processes and procedures. We want all our families to be completely comfortable joining us and to know from the start how our center operates. Once the Parent Handbook has been reviewed, please get back to us with questions and if there are no questions, please email us the signed Parent Handbook Acknowledgement Page.
3. REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Please provide the email addresses of the parties that would be responsible for payments. We will email the invoice for the deposit (flat rate $250), the registration fee ($25) and a supplies fee ($25 - waived for infants).
4. ENROLLMENT PACKET
Once the initial payment has been made and the registration has been done, we will email our enrollment packet. All forms must be completed and reviewed by us prior to starting. We can not accept a child with any missing forms or any missing information on the forms.
5. REVIEW OF ENROLLMENT FORMS
Once all forms have been completed, they can be emailed to us for review or a parent can stop by to return the originals. The director will need to review the forms with the parent and then the director will also need to review the forms with the staff whose group a child will be placed in. We want to be completely ready to work with your child and to know as much as possible about the child by the child's first day! It will greatly help us to meet all child's needs!
6. DELIVERY OF ITEMS NEEDED FOR CARE
On the child's first day a parent would need to bring all important items (e.g. diapers, wipes, extra clothes, etc.)
